Job Title: Infor CSI/Syteline Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/Syteline Implementation
Consultant to join a dynamic and customer-focused team. This role involves leading and managing
full-scale implementation projects of the Infor CSI/Syteline system for clients, primarily in the
manufacturing sector. The position offers flexibility to operate remotely and requires travel to client
locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Infor CSI/Syteline implementation projects from start to finish.
- Utilize a structured, stage-based project execution methodology.
- Conduct discovery sessions to determine client needs and business requirements.
- Assist clients in designing business processes to achieve goals with minimal system modification, leveraging practical knowledge and experience with the Infor CSI/Syteline system.
- Identify gaps in the Infor CSI/Syteline system or processes and work with the development team to model and implement solutions.
- Train end-users on the Infor CSI/Syteline and related software systems.
- Perform conference room pilot sessions to validate business processes before Go-Live.
- Support clients during cutover, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live stabilization phases.
- Continuously participate in education and training to stay updated on the latest functionality of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/Syteline.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Handle a portfolio of multiple projects concurrently.
- Travel to client sites as needed for live sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/Syteline.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, technical, etc.).
- Over 10 years of experience with a strong understanding of major business areas (accounting, operations, supply chain, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with client staff at all levels, from production employees to executives.
- Proven experience leading projects and motivating teams to success.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with technology tools and solutions.
- Ability to analyze detailed information and apply critical thinking to see the big picture.
- Capable of working remotely with minimal oversight.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily domestically (with some potential for international travel).
